All products must be returned in their original condition, including unopened packaging and all materials supplied at the time of delivery.
Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or replacement.
Any issues or concerns regarding the delivered product must be reported via email on the same day of receipt.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment.
Return shipping costs will not be covered by Kani Millets Food.
Refunds, if approved, apply only to the product value.Once the returned product reaches our facility and is inspected for compliance with the above conditions, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days.
