While we take utmost care in processing, packing, and dispatching, if a customer is dissatisfied with a purchase, the following Return and Replacement Policy applies to all orders placed on kanimilletsfood.com.

2. Disclaimer

3. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

An item qualifies for a return or replacement if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition, or
  • The product differs from what was ordered.

To be eligible:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Products must include all original packaging materials, labels, and accessories.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

4.1 Condition of Items

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are NOT eligible for return or replacement.
  • Only items in unused, unopened, original condition will be accepted.

4.2 Time Window

  • Any issue with the delivered product must be reported on the same day of receiving the goods via email.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4.3 Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges and packing charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4.4 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers must return products at their own risk and cost.
  • Kani Millets Food does not cover return shipping charges.
  • Refunds apply only to the product cost, not to shipping or packing costs.

4.5 Refund Processing

  • Once the returned items reach our facility and are verified to meet all conditions:
    • Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 days.
  • Refunds will be issued only for the value of the product returned.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  2. Report any issues on the same day via email.
